want create a playlist out of vimeo,youtube,daily.

you can store this file anywhere on your server.
upload it by ftp in the images directory for example.

i create a xml file withe the name rss.xml now.
i stored it in the images directory.
but i don't know where i ca make the link to it and how i have to call the link.

You can set the file with the name your want, i.e. playlist.xml

then in the backend of the module

1- set the "origin of the playlist" to "rss link"

2 - put in the field "RSS link" the url pointing to your file i.e.

also you have to set the full url to the provider swf file for vimeo items in the xml plalist:
