want create a playlist out of vimeo,youtube,daily.

i m to stupid for it....
my website is now: www.beta.soundbwoy.tv
i have stored the xml file in images/stories
i call it rss.xml
and this is the xml:

why its not working??? if i do in the link just : /images/stories/rss.xml or www.beta.soundbwoy.tv/images/sotries/rss.xml
is not working.
i go crazy.
