If it's an HTC wildfire then it's android, so you can install flash.

Hi
Thank you for your help, is there anyway that I can set-up the system so that an iPhone views .mp4 and an Android views Flash? Or is this what HTML5 is all about?

This is already done automatically, the script analyse the browser devices and fallback to html5 or flash mode.
