my bad, i putted the crossdomain.xml in the same directory as the other xml and .flv

not in the root

What about if our site is using Joomla SEO enabled?

for example, if the player is in such page:

www.site.com/product/featured-video/product1.html


will the crossdomain works? it seems some of our clients reported back the #2036 error.

You mean with SEF URL on ?

there is no impact on the crossdomain.xml.

error 2036 mean that the content is not completely load,

what is the source of the stream ?

as youtube.com is a free service there is sometimes cache issue for streaming, to be sure it's better to share his files on his own server or on a dedicate streaming server (most not free).
