Almost no audio...

Well, hope that got someone's attention.

I have a playlist of 4 videos on a site I'm developing and I only have audio on one of them. When I play the files from my machine, they play just fine, but once I upload them and then try to play them through JWPlayer, I get the video, but no audio.

All 4 are sampled and compressed down to .mp4 quality. Not sure why 1 (the largest and longest) has sound where the other 3 are just video. If anyone can toss some ideas my way, I"ll give them a shot.

You are using mov files not mp4.

Please encode your files with this software :

handbrake.fr/

1- Select ipad preset

2 - then check the radio button call "web optimized"

and make the conversion.

Any idea why one of them plays just fine while the other 3 don't?

I couldn't find any difference in them.

I don't know as I don't check the encoding itself, only the format.
