Thanks! I'll check into that and ask our contact at the server what he thinks. Do you think it's much more likely to be an issue with the streaming module not being installed than it is an issue with the FLVs not having enough metadata to do pseudo streaming?

This is possible see this :

Note: Some FLV encoders do not include seekpoints metadata when encoding videos. Without this data, HTTP Pseudostreaming will not work. If you suspect your videos to not have metadata, use our Metaviewer plugin to inspect the video. There should be a seekpoints or keyframes list. If it is not there, use the FLVMDI tool to parse your FLV videos and inject this metadata.

Thank you for the link! I was wondering if that was the case. I'm working on using the FLVMDI tool now, so hopefully that will do the trick.

Okay! I think FLVMDI is doing the trick! That must have been what we needed all along. It was quite easy to use and is working pretty smoothly (a little bit of troubleshooting left). Thank you very much for all your help!
