Joomla Module Not Playing on iPad was created by daopdesign
I've installed the module fine, can play single video file (mp4) no prob on a PC but video does not work on iPad (says you need flash). I don't understand what to do to make the video also work on mobile devices.

Am I missing something or is it because I need the licensed version (does this allow more than one video format upload?)

Thanks, hope someone can help

Hello,

only the advanced version works with HTML5.

HTML5 will be implement in the free version when the embedder will be stable (for us it means when xml parsing will be done)

Ok, great thanks for your help. I will purchase the commercial version but can you tell me what format I need to upload the video file format in so it plays across all devices?

Yes for sure :

* Container format: MP4, headers at the beginning of the file (for seeking)
* Video format: H.264, Baseline profile, 480x270 pixels, around 400/600 kbps (kilobits per second)
* Audio format: AAC, Low Complexity profile, 44.1 kHz stereo, 96 kbps
