Presales - Difference between modules, etc.

Hi, i have some presales questions that i can’t find an answer to on your pages.
1. The 40 euro module. Is that one time fee, or yearly?
2. Do I have to buy a JW player license too?
3. I want to be able to use airplay and chromecast. Can this module (40 euro) do this?
4. I want to stretch a 4:3 stream into 16:9 Can this module do that?
5. Can this module (40 euro) buffer streams?
6. Is the license locked to a domain? (Im now working on a development domain, so it will change later.)

Thank you in advance. And please advice.. If I cant find answers to these questions, maybe somebody also is struggling with the same.

1. It's on time fee, only support and new edition upgrade require is yearly based
2. No, expect if you site is commercial
3. No, it requires at least a license : JW player managed at 99€ is the starting price
4. Yes, by using stretch parameter
5. With what kind of streaming ?
6. Yes, but we accept to not consider dev environment as a domain
