hi,
i downloaded the unbranded version.
renamed the file to player-licensed5.swf and uploaded both files to the right directory.. still have the jwplayer logo inside the player for a few seconds ..

whats wrong ?

seems it was the ie cache

I'm having the same problem and noticed that the player version is not right also. Please advise.

I check your account and you have a noncommercial plan (no commercial license so.) or you need this to have the access to the unbranded player, or did you have a Player license purchase directly with Longtail video ?

I have a license from Longtail and followed the renaming and uploading instructions but still is not working properly. My license with you is about to renew so I'll gladly upgrade if I need to.

Also, my log in says my plan is valid with you.

1 - the license "Flow License Single" is concerning only the using of flow plugin in a commercial website not the JW Flashplayer itself.

2 - If you have a JW Flashplayer license, then this how-to must work:

in meantime if you have some difficult to do this, i can do it for you, i will need by pm:

a) your JW player license number and email associate
b) admin ftp credentials to your website

I got it to work. I thought I purchase a full commercial license from you that expires on Expires on: Mon, 05 Mar 2012 21:29:34 CET . I'd like to renew that license to a full license. If I purchase the 50x version does that mean I can resell you plugin to other sites or do we need to set up a reseller agreement of some sort. We've got a few customizations I'd want to add in the install.

If you purchase a 50 license pack, this mean you can use the JW player in 50 commercial website (using our Joomla extension or not).

Those websites can belong to you or to your customers, but the only Licensee customer, for us and Longtail video, will be you, so your customer will have to pass by you for any support.

Can we modify the installation to include our java script?

For sure, it's open source and gpl so, you are free to modify the code.
