Know Issues CB Player Advanced

Here is a list of Know Issues.

Know Issues :

1. Conflict between CB Player Advanced with JW Player Module Advanced, This happen only if they are on the same page and only if those two one have the adsolution activate.Fix --> Upgrade to 2.1.x
2. The internal RSS Link don't support youtube link, The external does, we work on this.Fix --> Upgrade to 1.3.0
3. The internal RSS Link Field don't support Apostrophe: ', The external does, we work on this.Fix --> Upgrade to 1.3.0

Another Issue :

Browsing some heavy page using the CB Player Advanced under IE7 cause "Operation Aborted" box alarm, it's a know default oF IE :

Microsoft answer is to update to IE8.


by the way it's not suffisant for us, the cause is that a script is loading before the page finish to load, the solution for that is to adjust the loading a windows.onload function, we work on this.

Fix --> Upgrade to 1.2.1

• There is conflict with module using Jquery, Fix --> Upgrade to 1.5.0
• There is issue in the playlist editor with Greek character (we think it must be the same think with non Latin character, not sure) for now use the RSS link solution

• # With youtube video, stretching flashwars doesn't work, there is no solution as youtube change recently his api

• # When using JW box, the popup don't work correctly under chrome and safari, the issue come from a conflict between jquery and mootools 1.1. the same issue was correct by us under IE7/IE8 and FF by load jquery after mootools but this no sufficient under chrome and safari. Fix --> Upgrade to 2.1.2

# Plugin Vidrate stop working

The VidRate plugin was developed in partnership with RateItAll. They provided the back end service for storing ratings and comments. However, just last week they very suddenly decided to no longer provide this service and didn't notify us. As a result this plugin no longer works.
